Janie has over eighteen years of mortgage lending experience, specializing in First Time Home Buyer programs such as FHA, VA, and USDA. She has been in retail lending, mortgage brokering and currently mortgage banking. Janie also has many years of experience helping clients repair credit issues. Janie comes from a local family who is heavily involved in real estate around the Wenatchee Valley. Her Mother and two Aunts are area realtors and her Brother is a local contractor. You could say real estate runs through her blood!
Janie lives in the small town of Cashmere WA just outside of Wenatchee with her Husband Ken of thirteen years and her twelve year old son, Lucas. She and her family enjoy all that North Central Washington has to offer from snowmobiling in the winter to boating in the summer. Her hobbies include camping, boating, snowmobiling, reading and simply enjoying time with family and friends.
